Friend,

Earlier this month, authorities sentenced Christian youth leader Zhou-Si rui from Beijing Zion Church to 14 days in administrative detention for her faith.

She's scheduled to be released a week from now, on July 22nd. Her 'crime?'  "Engaging illegal (religious) activities..."

Won't you commit to pray for her over the next week, or even prayerfully consider a gift to support persecuted families across China after the Communist Party targets their churches?

Here's a photo of Miss Zhou, who has been faithful to the Lord for years and has encouraged many young Christians in the face of persecution!

Beijing Zion Church has faced harsh persecution from Communist authorities for their faithful ministry. Pastor Jin Mingri was blocked from leaving China to reunite with his family earlier in July, even though he was told that his travel restrictions should have ended in March.

As Miss Zhou remains detained for another week for her belief in Jesus Christ, pray for her peace and confidence, and for the empowering of the Holy Spirit so she remains comforted and encouraged in the face of persecution.

Also pray for our Beijing Zion Church brothers and sisters and for the hearts of their persecutors!

Serving the persecuted with you
